Make your visit to Dalhalla an experience for all the senses – begin the evening by eating a three course meal in Dalhalla’s restaurant.
Three Course Dinner

Wine packages and other drinks can be purchased on site in the restaurant.
Meat & fish: Sesame blackened tuna served with seafood cheviche, mango salsa and serrano chips
Vegetarian: Blanched fresh white asparagus with gremoulata-fried kale, pepperonata and lemonette-tossed salad
Meat: Low-temperature back steak from Siljans Chark served with sweet potato puree, pak choy, port wine sauce, potato cake with chevre, beet chutney and summer primers
Fish: Butter-fried catfish fillet with butter sauce, summer primers, Västerbotten cheese croquettes, lobster and blue mussel foam and deep fried black root
Vegetarian: Beetroot parmesan patties served with pak choy, sweet potato puree, beet chutney, potato cake with chevre, summer primers and root fruit chips
Baileyscheesecake served with fresh berries, caramelized hazelnuts, berry coulis and sorbet from Rättviksglass

The booking closes 2 days before the concert.
NOTE! Only valid togehter with concert tickets.
When you buy a menu ticket, a table is automatically booked in the restaurant. Entrance for restaurant guests opens 3 hours before the concert starts, but there is no fixed time when restaurant visitors must be in place. You decide yourself when to come in order to have time to eat your dinner before taking a seat in the salon.
