Since forming in 1991, the band has evolved from death\/doom pioneers into genre-defining figures in progressive metal and alternative rock. Now, over three decades into their career, Katatonia remains a band in constant motion \u2013 full of new ideas, fresh energy, and an uncompromising artistic vision.
