These terms apply between the Organizer and the Customer when purchasing and booking event tickets provided by the Organizer using Tickster’s ticket system. The purchase may include event tickets, accommodation, transportation, other additional products, vouchers, or a combination of these.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

TICKET PURCHASE<\/strong><\/p>

Ticket purchases cannot be canceled; the purchase is binding. This applies regardless of the chosen payment method. However, if Klarna or a similar payment solution is selected, it is considered equivalent to card or bank payment, even if the invoice is to be paid at a later date. The Distance and Doorstep Sales Act’s rules on the right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of event tickets. A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of vouchers. TICKET OR VOUCHER<\/strong><\/p>

Tickets or vouchers have an embedded security feature and allow entry or use only once. The customer is responsible for securely storing both electronic and physical tickets or vouchers to prevent duplication, reproduction, or any other means of unauthorized access to the event or use of the voucher.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

PERSONAL USE<\/strong><\/p>

Tickets may only be purchased for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes. This means that the ticket may not be resold or offered in competitions without written consent from the Organizer. The Organizer has the right to invalidate bookings or purchases made by the Customer if the Customer does not provide or register correct information, acts fraudulently, or otherwise violates or attempts to circumvent the terms applicable to the purchase. This could include rebooking or purchasing more units than allowed, providing incorrect information to gain advantages, reselling purchased tickets, or otherwise acting fraudulently and\/or criminally. Resale, or suspicion of resale, at a higher price than stated on the confirmation or ticket allows for the confiscation or invalidation of the booking\/ticket. In the case of invalidation for such reasons, the paid service fee, delivery, or distribution fee will not be refunded. The Organizer may also decide not to refund the ticket price.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS UPON ORDER<\/strong><\/p>

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check that the shopping cart contains the correct items before completing the order. The Customer is also obliged to provide correct information so that the Organizer can guarantee the delivery of the order. By purchasing a ticket to our events, the Customer agrees to comply with the health and safety measures in place at the time of the event, which may include, but is not limited to, wearing a face mask, providing proof of vaccination status, and\/or providing proof of a negative health test. Regularly check relevant authorities’ websites, as well as the event and arena websites, as restrictions and guidelines may change. Inspection takes place upon entry. By entering our arena, you agree to be searched along with your belongings.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

CANCELLED or POSTPONED EVENT<\/strong><\/p>

The customer is responsible for checking that the event is not canceled or postponed. In the event of a canceled event, the customer should immediately contact the responsible Organizer for ticket reimbursement. For ticket reimbursement, service fees, delivery fees, and distribution fees or cancellation protection will not be refunded. In the case of a postponed event, the purchased ticket is valid for the new date unless otherwise specified. An event is considered canceled if it cannot be held. Changes in repertoire, venue\/date of the event, or partially completed events are not considered canceled, and refunds are not normally provided.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

If the customer is entitled to a ticket refund, the customer must notify the Organizer of their refund claim no later than two (2) months from the event date or the date the event would have been held. Failure to do so forfeits the customer’s right to any refund. This applies to both canceled events and cases where the ticket has been invalidated, and the customer was entitled to a refund. Ticket fees, service fees, cancellation protection, or other costs paid in connection with ticket purchases are not refunded for canceled or postponed events.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In the event that the event cannot be held due to an obstacle beyond the control of the Organizer\/arena, an obstacle that they could not reasonably have expected when the agreement was entered into and whose consequences they could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, the Organizer\/arena is exempt from liability for damages or other consequences. The same applies if a performance is canceled due to anyone engaged by the Organizer or another party in an earlier stage.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

It is not possible to add cancellation protection later for already purchased tickets. Tickets purchased without cancellation protection are non-refundable. THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO CANCELLATION FOR TICKETS WITH CANCELLATION PROTECTION<\/strong><\/p>

Cancellation protection entitles the customer to free cancellation (the ticket price excluding service fee is refunded).<\/p>

LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT MORE THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT:<\/strong>
Cancellation is permitted in cases where the Customer is reasonably unable to attend the event due to the Customer, their company at the event or a close relative suffering from acute illness, accident or death. Close relative means spouse\/partner, child, grandchild, sibling, parent. In these cases, a medical certificate from the treating physician or a death certificate is required in the event of death. The death, accident or illness of a pet does not entitle cancellation according to the rules for cancellation protection. The cancellation and documentation must have reached the Organizer no later than 48 hours before the start of the event.<\/p>
