Information regarding your glamping stay

Check-in
Check-in opens at 3:00 PM and takes place at the Information House at Entrance B.

Late Check-in
Check-in is open until the concert starts. If you arrive later, please contact us through our contact form.

Parking
As a glamping guest, you park in the VIP parking area. Park at the top of the parking lot. Parking for glamping guests is free of charge.

The gates to the parking lot are locked during the night. Use the code below to open when you need to exit. Please close and lock the gate after you.

Food and Drink

Dalhalla offers a wide variety of food and drinks within the concert area. In the food court, you can find sourdough pizza, hamburgers, and tacos, as well as this year’s guest food trucks: Eva-Lott’s Kitchen and Holy Smoke BBQ, all serving delicious and well-prepared street food. Inside the concert area, there are ten bars. The entrance opens 2.5 hours before the concert starts.

Breakfast

Breakfast is delivered to the tents between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Please specify your preferred breakfast time at check-in. Also, kindly inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements.

The breakfast includes lactose-free vanilla yogurt, oven-baked granola, fresh berries, fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly baked rolls, Tre Kullor crispbread, marmalade, cheeses (Kallhorn and Munkens Svarta), smoked tenderloin, boiled egg, lactose-free butter and milk, as well as coffee/tea.

The Tent
The glamping tents are furnished with comfortable freshly made beds, soft towels, and outdoor furniture outside each tent. Each tent is equipped with a capsule machine where you can make brewed coffee, espresso, and hot water for tea. The tents also have lighting and the ability to charge phones or similar devices. Each tent is equipped with a heater. In case of rain or risk of rain, the ventilation windows by the bed must be closed.

Coffee Machine Instructions

• Fill the tank with water
• Place the capsule in the machine by lifting the lid on top.
• If the buttons are blinking, the machine is in the heating phase. Wait for a steady light.
• Select the button for the desired beverage
From left to right:

Heater
Use the heater in cooler weather when you are in the tent; turn off the heater when you leave the tent. The heater has a cold air setting and two heat settings; use the first heat setting.

Facilities
You will find toilets and showers in the small building at the glamping site.

Experience More
As a glamping guest, you have access to loaner bicycles for a ride. The bicycles are located by the pétanque court below the glamping area. Here you will find a box with helmets, pétanque, and kubb. Feel free to play! The code for the box lock is: 585

If you want to challenge each other in a quiz, there is a trivia walk starting at the pétanque court below the glamping area. Start the trivia walk by scanning the QR code.

The nearest swimming spot is within a pleasant walking or cycling distance, about 2 kilometers south of Dalhalla at the eastern shore of Bysjön.

Check-out
Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Leave the key in the lock upon departure.
