Jöback in Symphony

Experience Peter Jöback in a spectacular new format as he joins forces with the Gävle Symphony Orchestra for Jöback in Symphony at Dalhalla!

Inspired by his new album Soundtracks från mitt liv (Soundtracks of My Life), twelve carefully selected songs from Peter Jöback’s catalogue are given new life through symphonic arrangements. Familiar melodies, personal stories and one of Sweden’s most beloved voices come together in a concert where the music builds from intimate and heartfelt moments to dramatic, cinematic heights.

Recorded with the Malmö Symphony Orchestra and arrangers Nils-Petter Ankarblom, Karl-Johan Ankarblom and John Metcalfe, the album Soundtracks från mitt liv brings together songs that have accompanied Peter throughout his life, reflecting themes of love, heartbreak and memories. Now, he is taking this music on tour, bringing the new arrangements to the stage alongside a different symphony orchestra in each city. At Dalhalla, the Gävle Symphony Orchestra will join Peter in bringing these songs to life.

Jöback in Symphony offers a unique opportunity to experience Peter Jöback’s beloved catalogue in a whole new way – with the full power of a symphony orchestra, his personal storytelling and music that resonates on a deeply emotional level.
